The ribs had good flavor but it was all gristle and fat nasty stuff. Has to be the worst ribs I have ever gotten the picture on the left was the gristle and fat. The one on the right was the meat. Not very much meat for 48 dollars

The food was delicious. The meat was so moist and flavorful I've come to expect when I order from them. I have never had anything bad. The green beans and macaroni and cheese delicous. I would advise anyone to go there.

Food is good, meats are tender (very salty), but it's not worth what they're charging $$. Sauces tasted like bottled super market sauce, not what you'd expect. Mediocre food at very high prices. Plan on paying about $20-25/person, minimum and $8-10/child. I was excited when I heard they were coming to Circleville, I lived in south Texas for 12 years and I miss my Bill Miller's !! but sadly it didn't measure up. Not looking for CBbq to stay in biz long here. If City Council would offer liq lic's to attract larger chains like Applebees, Outback, etc .... overpriced fast food is what we're stuck with.
