They considered the appearance of the Turkish bread to be below optimal, so they added a handwritten note apologizing and a free scone. The Turkish bread was delicious, and I barely noticed any issue with the shape/appearance. Will definitely continue buying from Cobs

I was disappointed in the cheese pull apart. The cheese was only on the outside of the loaf. When you pulled it apart, it was just plain white bread inside. I just sliced it and put it in the freezer. The cinnamon bread is delicious as usual, but disappointed with the cheese.
