VERY IMPRESSIVE!
Order every day 1-3x daily. Perfection for a year then Suddenly A SLIGHT slip up and sure enough the store goes over and above as usual. Whoever hired these people is a hiring wizard bc this place is on point.
Consistently genuine competent caring and thorough service for now 365+ days consecutively.
MOST important. The quality hasn't changed. Freshest cleanest bubble tea around and I've tried it all. #teaaddict

lady at the counter was kinda mad because I got there early for my pick up (5mins early) when our drinks was ready, she didn't even hesitate to wipe our drinks because they usually do that for every order. I have to get napkins to do it myself. I've been here multiple times already and this is the first time it happened.

First of all ordered a mango smoothie but got spoiled milk with a little bit of mango flavour and also got red bean matcha milk tea but there was no red bean and got almost no matcha flavour at all i really hope that something like this doesnt happen again since it already happend twice and the quality didnt change even after i complained
