Amazing! huge Mushroom & Swiss Burger , mushrooms were perfect. Garlic sauce on it was awesome. Sidewinder Fries were good, not too crunchy not too potatoey. Peach Lemonade Spritz is my go to drink when I'm feeling down. If you've ever had a Sparkling Ice lemonade, that's what this tastes like. 💛💛💛💛

Evergreen Lotus wasn't my favorite, but the Very Berry Lotus is the one I usually get and I'm obsessed. It's so hard to find an energy drink that's not made with artificial sweetener. And it has real fruit in it. Banana Foster Pancakes were delicious too.

Colby Club. Fire. And those house fries are the bomb. Fills you right up too. Made to order and always made with fresh ingredients too. Definitely recommend and a side of Ranch.

What I like about Colby's is that they're one of the very few cafes that offer different options for people with food allergies. Yes they do take a while to prepare the food but it's worth it! Very yummy!

Chicken Bacon Chipotle is my favorite! highly recommend also got Sidewinder Fries which are worth it
