• 23-04-19Our shakes were melted and one of them didn't have the mix in we ordered. Never called to substitute, just jipped us. For over 10 dollars these shakes were pathetically small. Same size as shakes you'd get for half the size at other places. Go to any other ice cream place for shakes, they're double the size for less.

• 25-06-21Very good ice cream. The 2-for-1 deals on the pre-packed quarts are a great price. Otherwise, if you don't order something that is heavily discounted, I'd say this stuff is very overpriced. My quarts arrived still frozen but thawed around the edges, which was ok, and I immediately put it in the freezer. In general when ordering ice cream delivery, I recommend adding the $3 expedited delivery fee, as I did, to avoid disappointments other reviewers have mentioned. Of course, dashers should have ample and effective cold packs and coolers for ice cream, so that the expedite fee is unnecessary, nevertheless it seems such insurance is necessary, at least in the warm months.

• 25-08-10They never make it as requested. Charge you for add-ons that are not added in. We've tried a few times from this location and every time it's a disappointment.
