• 26-05-18Two of my three ice creams ordered were overfilled and the cap was not on correctly from the store.
The bag was almost torn through from how damp it was from the melted ice cream inside.
I get filling it to the top and getting the most out of your money, but for the ones that need a lid, why ? You need to account for the melting.

• 25-06-13We love cold stone! The Dasher was GREAT 5 stars for Jorge! Paid extra for the to go walnut order and hardly had any walnuts... very unusual for the store :( two of the huge containers of special mix a $4.81 per tub-ouch! In person there is no extra charge-you are allowed up to 6 scoops total free but the walnuts were like$1.61 a scoop. Still-love coldstone!

• 25-04-09This is an outstanding location. A young lady actually called me and let me know there ice machine was out of ice. That was so kind. Above and Beyond what most locations would do. She was kind, asked what we would like in place of the original order and apologized. She completed our order and was actually delivered very fast from our Door Dash driver. 5 Stars Plus for providing outstanding quality service... Thank you Cold Stone. You have a great asset with this location.
