• 24-11-17NORMALLY when we order, it's an actual scoop of Icecream in the "Kids Cup" but I don't know what all this is tonight. I chose the Create Your Own Creation for both kids. My son literally got 1 marshmallow. My daughter got HALF a scoop in her order. For the price, I'll go somewhere else. My Banana Caramel Crunch® was great though!

• 25-10-27Portion wasn't what it should have been. Paid extra for marshmallows and there were hardly any in there and they didn't taste fresh at all. Asked for all 4 mix-ins to be peanut butter but ice cream to peanut butter ratio wasn't satisfactory. Probably won't be ordering again. (especially since my dasher decided to stop twice along the way and the ice cream was almost soup like)

• 24-02-26Not worth the exorbitant price. I had Create Your Own Creation, was charged for 6 mix - ins, but only 2 mix-ins were added. also ordered the chocolate dipped waffle bowl. No words to express how gross that was, it's not dipped in chocolate at all but some fake gross something that looks like chocolate and the waffle part was nasty also.
Won't be ordering from cold stone again. Ben and Jerry's is 100% better and more cost effective.

• 24-08-26My $10-like it create your own creation ice cream had one tiny piece of brownie in it and it was essentally melted. Very disappointed.

Ordered the Apple Pie a la Mode ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery through DoorDash, and it was delicious—even with a minor hiccup. When it first arrived, it was slightly melted (not surprising, since it wasn’t the first delivery on the route). I should’ve dug in right away, but instead, I popped it in the freezer to save for the next day.
By the time I pulled it out for lunch the following afternoon, there were some ice crystals in it—not Cold Stone’s fault at all, just the nature of how delivery works sometimes. Despite that, the flavor was still on point: rich, creamy, and packed with that warm, spiced apple pie taste that feels like fall in every bite.
Honestly, it’s so worth the money. If you're craving a cozy dessert and love the combo of pie and ice cream, this one’s a winner—just maybe eat it right away if it comes a bit soft!
