Two of the ice cream cups were put in the bag upside down, and they must have been left on the counter for a while. It was mostly melted and like soup, despite me arriving at the restaurant less than 10 minutes after ordering. Not only that, one cup was ordered as a medium, but was instead made as a small, and then the small cup was just placed in a medium cup, as though we wouldn't notice.

the portion was horribly small. I know I got the kids size but it was tiny. 2-3 spoonfuls of ice cream for $5 seems crazy.

If im paying $1.25 for each extra mix in I expect MIX INS. Not the tiniest sprinkle of each, I want to get a decent portion for what I'm paying because $1.25 for two pieces of cookie dough in the biggest size is insane. I keep trying to give this store a chance, but honestly lets me down every time. Not worth the money
