• 25-04-29My shake was not full to the top of the cup, only about 2/3 full. It also did not have all the toppings I ordered. Very disappointing for such an expensive shake. I could get a better one at Burger King for less.

• 22-05-10thought the ice cream would be bigger and have more toppings (like it did in the picture) for the price. it was just a melted, tiny cup of vanilla ice cream with a couple cookie bits in it.

• 24-06-05 my husband and I order from the store at least once a week. Usually, we get wonderful service. But every once in a while, we will get our ice cream only half full. This is nothing to do with DoorDash or Dashers are always great, but I really think that the store needs to work on quality control when you're paying nine dollars for a small ice cream. You would at least expect for the cup to be full.

• 22-05-08Was melted and barely had any toppings. For .99 cents extra you could add more than 5 tiny marshmallows. Had one tiny piece of brownie. Spent damn near 40 bucks for garbage. Do yourself a favor an go on Gopuff an get yourself a pint of Ben n Jerrys if you're in the mood for ice cream.
