• 25-12-18Ordered two banana splits there was two whole strawberries that were frozen solid on each one both strawberries were as large as walnuts. They should've at least been cut in half through the banana wasn't split. The bananas were left whole in circumference but cut in half lengthwise ..

Got all of the items I ordered.
The packaging could be WAY better.
A few of the containers were sideways or upside down which probably factored in the next complaint on how the product looked. If the product(s) appearance was damaged from the containers being sideways or upside down is 1 thing, but how the Coffee Lovers Only® Supergirl’s Cosmic Kettle Corn OREO® Pretzel Perfection and Our Dubai Chocolate was suppose to look wasn't even close. The Cheesecake Fantasy® was nice and presentable lol....

• 26-06-16I ordered two different sizes and ended up receiving two of the same size. one was the biggest and the other was like a medium and they are both the same even though one should be bigger

• 24-03-01The Cake Batter Gotta Have it was made in a Love it container and then put inside the Gotta Have it Container. So we paid for one and got another. Frustrated that they tried to hide it by having a smaller container within the larger container that was purchased.
