I don't understand how it's possible for this cafe to only fill less than half a cup and deliver it to customers. Isn't it abit absurd? It doesn't look like it is a result of spilling too

Did not receive my 2 ham & Ham & cheese croissants. Corgi said someone talked to me and no one did. Disappointed.
