The food has a lot of potential, but the execution wasn’t great. The Buttery Corn Ear with Parmesan was super dry. I think it’d help if you basted the corn with butter while grilling ( im guessing it was grilled due to the black charred lines) The parmesan didn’t really add any flavour and just made the texture worse , so maybe drop that. The Mad Mac Fries tasted alright but were really heavy. Adding some fresh herbs or maybe jalapeños or peppers could help balance it out and cut through the richness.

Truffle Buddha Burger was great, had a nice flavor and the chps were also good.
only feedback id give is to cook the bacon longer to give it some crisp :)
