I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors in the vinaigrette coleslaw and the cucumber salad...delish! The chicken is always juicy! The Butter Penne Pasta was exactly what I expected. Pasta with butter and cheese. Not bad though.

I order a buy 1 get one meal of Slice of Meatloaf for $13 and this is what I got. 2 stinky slices of meat the size of a half dollar. This is disgusting, and the fact any restaurant would deliver something like this is appalling. Look at their pictures of the meal and look at what I posted. I want a full refund.

The price of the Smokey makes you think you're getting a full plate, but the pasta barely fills the bottom of the dish. Hopefully i got a bad expo, and this isn't the typical experience.
The 12 oz can of DR DR Browns Soda for $3 is a bit steep, too. You're better off ordering from Pollo Tropical if you're craving Chicken.

I don't know what's happening at this location but it just keeps getting worse. I stopped eating in because the don't carry Crystal hot sauce anymore and that's an absolute must for chicken. Today I ordered pickup, half dark with smashers and carrots, fruit on the side. I got a half dark with flavorless smashers that had big chunks of potato and no carrots- they instead put fruit inside the box with my chicken and flavorless smashers. Had to go back to get the whole meal replaced because I'm not a fan of cantaloupe flavored chicken. I'll be going to PGA from now on. Northlake has lost its spark.

I appreciate the customer service from this location. Food is always fresh, well seasoned, & their portions are above & beyond. I always order from here. Black bean soup & a chicken salad sandwich are my go-to!
