I was thoroughly pleased with the service. The build your breakfast was much better than other places that I ordered. There was even extra syrup for three pancakes. The catfish was cooked to my liking and the orange juice was definitely a plus. The thick bacon was cooked soft but not half done.

This was the best comfort food I've had in a long time!
The chicken was tender, and covered with a rich mushroom gravy. The corn bread went perfectly with the turnip greens. And the fried cinnamon apples were all the dessert I needed.
What a delicious and nurturing meal, just like something my mother might have cooked for me if she was here!
It made me happy:)

Thick-Sliced Bacon was undercooked and the "spoonful" of Loaded Hashbrown Casserole was burned and almost impossible to chew.

Both the hashbrown casserole and dumplings had so much black pepper that I couldn't enjoy either of them. I got 2 servings of each as I just had surgery and wanted something mild to eat. The grilled chicken tenders were delicious. Very disappointed. This is the first negative review I've ever given a Cracker Barrel location. You can always add more pepper but you can't take it out.

Meatloaf was overcooked. Part of it could not be cut with a knife. I had hoped it improved from my last time ordered. Onion petals were also too hard to bite into. Quite a waste of money today.
