• 24-09-07the food was delicious and hot. My husband said the pot roast in the Hashbrown Casserole Shepherd's Pie was so tender and delicious. The Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken was tender and juicy and delicious.
My only criticism is that there is always something missing from my order. This time I ordered a baked sweet potato but only wanted the brown sugar cinnamon butter. I got the sweet potato and butter, but no brown sugar or cinnamon. So, not a big deal, because I have that stuff here at home.

• 25-01-19Country Vegetable Plate tasty crispy fried okra, pintos a little salty, no seasoning on the green beans, biscuits had a bit of a raw flour taste, coleslaw was delicious. Classics Sampler' meatloaf was more filler than meat and veggies but it was a huge portion, VERY disappointed in the chicken and dumplings-there was no chicken, the sauce was bland and tasted like canned cream of chicken soup, the dumplings were good,the mashed potatoes were cold and didn't have the white gravy I ordered, the greens were more meat than greens, the cornbread was soft and fluffy. I wish they had vinegar packets for the greens. I regret not ordering from a local diner. the meals cost over $30 before tip.

• 25-09-11The chicken and dumplings today were the best I've ever had from any Cracker Barrel, my compliments to the chef and to Alexis who made sure my order was perfect. I order almost every day and it's consistently done right and arrives warm and tasty. Thanks y'all!

• 25-02-28Dinner version of Wednesday special broccoli cheddar chicken with 2 sides. The chicken portion was super small compared to times I've had in the past dine-in. Only 2 tiny broccoli florets, maybe a teaspoon of cheese sauce and zero of the cracker topping component. Disappointing as that is my fave special they serve. Maybe they don't like doordash orders or something as it was a huge ripoff for what I paid vs received.
