I have pledged my undying allegiance to CRAFT after their wonderful handling of a small issue.
The food is great of course, but their service has really won me over!
I ordered the braised sandwich and a ginger ale, but they were out of ale and gave me a sprite instead (which I didn't mind), wrote me a very nice note expressing their apologies, AND gave me a delicious cookie.
5 stars well earned!

Delish, absolutely loved the vegan options and the Goat Cheese Croquettes, Honey Toasted Almonds & Parsley were to die for.

Excelent way to run a restaurant. Great and friendly service. Tasty food. Thank you for the consistency. I've been to this place a few times wince they open and never disappoint.

Maybe it would taste better if ordered at their store, but delivery was awful. The crust was not just a little soggy, but soggy like it was undercooked and stood in water. The toppings tasted okay, but I'll never order pizza here again.
