Complements to the pastry chef - the flavors and technique are 100 every time! And not just the pastries - the food is seriously super good and not overcomplicated. This time we got the 5* Frittata Sandwich (arrived warm) and the usual 5* Croissant Pudding *FRIDAY - SUNDAY*, Oat Raisin Cookie, Macadamia Blueberry Cookie plus a Baguette *FRIDAY - SUNDAY* , the VEGAN CANELÉ *GF / VG* and a Hazelnut Financier *GF* . Order anything - it's totally worth it.

I tacked on this item to a separate DoorDash order. The photo of the triple chocolate croissant was not what I got. The photo shows chocolate dough in the shape of a croissant with filling and toppings, but I got a pan de chocolate with chocolate stripes on the top. I paid almost $10 with fees for this one pastry (not including the tip I paid for), it wasn't very large, and the chocolate stripes were smashed from the pastry being thrown in a paper bag. I'm not normally very picky, but not good value for what I received (and not the item I was expecting).

Kouign Amann delicious, as expected. The Rebel Within very good, but be prepared to heat it up yourself. Turkey Sandwich terrible, hardly any turkey or other listed ingredients, except so much sauce. the bread slices were an inch thick which is ridiculously difficult to bite thru. skip it.

The food is nothing short of beautiful. The thousand layer criossant and the hollandaise sauce on the ham Rosemary Ham Croissant Sandwich are pure art. And so is the Mocha with Valrhona Chocolate coffee. Truly great and thought placed into its making.

Coffee.. AMAZBALLZ!! Oatmeal cookie was freaking awesome! The peppitas were a beautiful touch. Now to the main event... the BEST fritta sandwich that I have ever had! Made with so much flavor and love! I added bacon and that just made it all the better. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast, K&W! <3
