• 25-10-25I've had Crumbl several times and this is the first time I've been disappointed. One of my cookies arrived undercooked and inedible. My dasher was great and quick, but the store itself dropped the ball this time. For the price, I'd like my cookies to be cooked all the way through.

• 25-01-19Friendly staff, the BEST chocolate chip cookies ever! I got the 6 pack and orders 4 chocolate chip and 2 strawberry cheesecake! Did disappoint.

• 26-01-252 of the cookies had little to no icing on them or the specified toppings. 1 of the cookies was raw in the middle and hard on the edges. Was very upset and would rethink about ordering again.
