Huge, thick cookies. They were fresh and still warm, but all of them were underbaked in the center. Not worth the hype.. Try it once then never again.

The butter cream has a bitter taste. The cookie doesn't have any flavor at all. No brown sugar was added. I wouldn't order it again.

Crumbl was great when it first opened, I received hard as rock chocolate chip, peanut butter and smore cookies. Every one of my cookies in my 4 pack was hard and overcooked.

when I picked up the drinks from the ground the lid on my medium sized drink was not put on properly and spilled every where me small drink had no shark gummies Cookies where hard and some where smeard all on ver the box very sad n disappointed
