The sugar cookie was doughy and has a soapy taste and the other cookies were hard like they sat all day

We've eaten 2 of the 4 cookies. One was warm and chewy and the other was cold and stale.

All 4 cookies were absolutely delicious! The m&m cookie and strawberry icecream bar cookies were amazing.

Our cookies were warm still in the box nice hot and fresh.
Except our door dash driver put the box
Directly on the ground, no bag or anything and ants crawled inside our box of cookies.
