I got to the store 20 minutes after placing my order and received a message saying it should be ready based on the estimated time. when I arrived the order was not ready and they had not seen it yet so it was prepared after I arrived. I understand that can happen sometimes but the employee in the back was glaring at me as if they had a problem with me. this is not the first time I have hade rude employees or a bad experience at this store but I feel they need to do better.
