Strawberry brownie is not quite baked. These are some huge cookies and packaged very well but cookie was kind of under baked overall it was not what I expected from crumble cookie. Perhaps made yesterday?... I am not going to order from Bellevue location again

I stoped ordering for a long time because the cookies started to get smaller, the taste of the cookies started to change and I couldn't justify the $32 after delivery and then add tip on top. I decided to try again a couple weeks ago and they were so good!!! I was happy and I couldn't wait for this week's cookie flavors. Today I placed my order and as soon as I opened the box my excitment turned to frustration. The cookies are so small, seriously there is more frosting then cookie. I tried a bite and my frustration turned to anger. I'm really disappointed and this is the last time I order. I want my money back and I feel like all the videos on YouTube are right.

Cookies are delicious. Only complaint is that I'm not able to earn points with ordering on Doordash. I contacted customer service and you have to order through store, but delivery is way more expensive and was cheaper with DD

My new favorite, they actually frost the cookies all the way.

I ordered a 4-pack box and different cookies arrived than the ones I ordered. I placed this order on DoorDash and they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the cookies and they sent me other ones.
