• 25-01-20Gave 4 stars because they messed up one of my cookies! I was supposed to get the caramel popcorn cookie instead they gave me a sugar cookie!! A little disappointed since I spent $18.99 for Mini 6-Pack! At least you can get it right or call me for a different option if you guys didn't have anymore! But other than that 10/10 for the cookies n the cake!

• 26-05-07Two of our cookies came rock hard and burnt. For a 30 dollar order of 6 mini cookies we were very disappointed.

• 23-05-22Firstly, the cookies are amazing, but that's a given! Their business practices are what impress me the most, though! They ran out of 2 of the cookies I ordered, so they substituted 2 others AND gave me a voucher for a free 4 pack!! That's incredible customer service if you ask me! Highly recommend Crumbl Cookies!
