Hard as a rock and chocolate chips are burnt and gross. Very clear that the store over-microwaved an old cookie. There's no way the worker didn't know about this. Crumbl is normally by favorite. Bad store I guess. Would not order again.

i was given four mini versions instead of two full sized brownies which isn't consistent with the size that is offered at other locations nor is it worth it for the price i paid. i did not get my moneys worth

Ordered a 4 pack. Cookie was wrong. They only offered $1.25. They didn't ASK if they could substitute. I would NOT have chosen this outcome. Very disappointed in their customer service.

So yummy, and the changing variety is nice! Mini 6-Pack cookies are the size of ordinary cookies, and allow for trying a little bit of everything.
