Absolutely crap. You pay $20 for 4 cookies for half of them to be poor quality or not what you ordered.
Don't get me wrong, I usually like crumbl and rarely do I have issues. However, the cookie dough cookies frosting was pretty much completely off the cookie and all over the box/lid. The snickerdoodle cookies we were given were two mini cookies instead of one normal sized cookie? Just sad that you pay the amount of money you do to be given an incorrect order and poor quality items.

My first time trying Crumbl Cookies and I'm hooked! Delicious, extra large cookies we couldn't get enough of! The 4 pack was perfect to share and each flavor was melt in your mouth.

What is this "thins" business? Is this one way for Cruml to hit us with "shrinkflation". You pay for 4 regular sized cookies and now you get 8 small imitators. No value here.
