• 26-02-26Got 2 pink sugar cookies in my 4-pack, to give to friends. Though the other 2 cookies were fine, the sugar cookies were dry & crumbly, and the pink frosting was mushed onto the cookie with fingerprints still showing in it.

• 26-07-03Crumbl cookies are known for their visual appeal and they are extremely expensive. I ordered a dozen minis for a July 4th party tomorrow. What I received is embarrassing! Cookies are squashed into a box that is too small and some cookies look gross due to lack of quality control and lazy decoration.
