Some cookies were small some were bigger than others and one of them was already broken. The taste was good but the packaging, presentation and customer service is really bad.

Ordered a few different cookies and they were okay but small and definitely NOT worth $4 each. Wouldn't order from here again, there are too many other truly tasty cookie places.

So inconsistent. Sometimes I get fresh soft cookies and sometimes I get burnt, dry old cookies. I ordered 3 cookies and they were all burnt on the sides, dry and old. Order from Bang Cookies instead, always get consistent quality there.

the cookies were so dry i strtes choking taste was okay was a little fresh but dry came a good amount just was oily at the bottom for some reason didnt understand that i would order again if quality was better overall 5/10
