The wings were great as always. However, the bowls were not. Our chicken was a bit tough and even though we ordered two different sauce levels they came looking exactly the same. Plus we both ordered lime sauce which was absent. Both of them lacked any bulgogi. Also, one was supposed to have been sloppy and neither were. Rough night at the Cupbop I guess.

why even put sauce when you're only gonna put a tiny bit? everytime I ordr, I swear it gets drier and drier. also, one single piece of broccoli in my veggie bop and the rest carrots is criminal.

The rice is crunchy... not even cooked fully. Plus we ordered one of the meals "sloppy" and the sent it with no sauce at all... what gives??

I ordered two different bops at very low heat for my kids the order came and they were definitely higher than we ordered And both had the same meat which should not have happened. And then I ordered a side of mandu for myself and a mandubop came instead. It also had a spicy level. there was no cabbage in any of them. normally I like cupbop but tonight was a big miss.
