They had a new person on which stuffed up my order, I rang them straight away and they went over and above to sort this out by delivering the missing items personally and apologizing, I didn't think this sort of service existed anymore but these guys are great, food was amazing thank you again.

The food arrived so quick and fresh I had to wait for it to cool down before I could eat. They took beautiful care in the packaging and the food and price is amazing especially the giant sausage roll! Definitely will order again!

This always arrives fresh and hot. The portions are huge and price is great. I would definitely order again.

always great food from these guys!!! I wouldn't get coffee again though. I order mochas as the dont need sugar, this mocha definitely needed sugar and something else. it was similar to an instant coffee machine mocha in a waiting room.

I ordered the Salad Sandwich - Roast Chicken with Avocado& Tomato Relish and a Chocolate & Oreo cream Donut- both items were incorrect in my order. Instead, I received a normal chicken sandwich and a jam roll that had been disguised with the toppings of the Chocolate & Oreo cream Donut... it wasn't until I had a bite and saw the jam that I realised what had been done.
This bakery does really nice food, it was just a bad experience.
Perhaps leaving your customer a note to apologise that what they paid for isn't what they got would be a nice gesture, especially considering the price of the food is a premium (in the end I paid $10 to essentially have a lettuce sandwich with a tiny bit of chicken).
Alternatively, contining to produce the food to keep up with the demand might be useful or, including a note on the delivery partners site to say that items may not be in stock at the time of order and items recieved could differ.
