In addition to all their yummy ice cream things there's slushy is better than any in town. I have done my research and they are head and shoulders above the rest

I ordered a Blue Raspberry Misty Freeze and the employee(s) who prepared my Misty Freeze decided to give me a slushy instead.
Also, one of the burgers had a stale bun and the bacon seemed to not be thoroughly done. (but this is just a matter of preference I guess)
I'm hoping all of this is just due to the fact there are new employees who are still needing training. Because that, I could at least understand and am more likely to be patient. I'm hoping the order error(s) are not due to lazy workers.
