Tater tots were undercooked. The milkshake cup was cracked so they put it in a 2nd cup and so the milkshake poured into the 2nd cup, and I lost half of my shake because it had melted grossly on the inside.

Poor quality wouldn't even feed this to my dog was so dry they wouldnt even refund me so I spent 30$ on food but it went down the drain.

I ordered two heath blizzards and to my surprise my order was packaged properly. They put the spoons on the side where they should be and the bag was sealed with a sticker the way it should be. I will order again because of the proper packaging.

Burger was dry, one onion, all pickles in one place too much lettuce. and service was slow.
