recently purchased a Cookie Dough Blizzard from your location, and I was really disappointed with the quality. The taste was off, and it didn’t match the usual flavor or texture I expect from Dairy Queen. Because of this, I wasn’t able to enjoy it at all it was not fresh at all and would not order it again

Last night I had an order that was missing two large blizzards. When I called the kid told me he couldn't do anything unless I came to the store. I ordered them today to replace them but I still am owed two blizzards.
