I love this place the icecream is always so good and I like how they put the name of who packed it. Ive gotten coop and Quenton and they always pack it up real good.

My Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard® Treat only had 2 cheescake pieces in the entire blizzard and the last 1/4 of the blizzard was all plain vanilla. I am a little disappointed.
But my dasher driver went above and beyond! She was very friendly and very prompt. Thank you Rachelle

the Pretzel Sticks with Zesty Queso was VERY HARD and the Cotton Candy BLIZZARD® Treat was runny and was watery.

Was given just a regular Mr. Misty and I paid for the Misty® Freeze plus there was clear ice in my misty drink because not enough flavoring added barely tasted like raspberry! Very disappointed..
