Pretzels are usually pretty decent but today they were awful, inedible, i think they were double cooked. Not happy. The blizzards were good as always though.

we ordered 5 bizzards, expecting 4 mediums and 1 small. received 5 small. a refund of the difference or even an apology blizzards. the manager at DQ said we were wrong and we had received all 5 mediums and we were trying to steal money from them asking for bigger blizzards. i just wanted the sizes I had paid for. not happy to get cheated out of the overpayment of 4 blizzards pls tax. you can see that these cups are smaller than 16 oz in the picture.
