Chicken tenders- batter they use is Very Bland " No taste "
lemonade Drink- Sugar ratio low, Bland
Ranch sauce also Bland
Mind you, back in the day all these items were very tasty/ Great flavor! Now, they m8st of changed vendors/ recipe so horrible flavor.

The employees need to pay attention to what the orders are as they seem to constantly mix them up and make them too early which if you're ordering ice cream, it will be melted by the time you receive it

The wrong cake was delivered...I ordered the Blizzard mini but received the Traditional mini. I specifically ordered from Dairy Queen for their Blizzard cake. Lid was also not locked, so the cake slid against it. Disappointing order overall.

I wouldn't be able to guess I was eating at Dairy Queen had their not been a sticker. The chicken is not the same as any other location, the fries are not the same as they are at any other location. The packaging was not the same as any other location. The gravy didn't taste the same as the other locations. It wasn't that the food tasted bad, it was that the food was not Dairy Queen's actual food. It was like an imitation of Dairy Queen. They call themselves Dairy Queen, but was not Dairy Queen. I cannot speak for all the menu... but the chicken strip basket was not what it should have been or what you would expect if you were to eat at any of the other locations across America.
