Hamburgers didn't taste good. One had so much sauce, the other had hardly any, they forgot to put our sides in the bag and when calling in to fix it, the employee that answered left me on hold for so long that I had to call back. If we order again, it will only be for icecrem.

chicken had no seasoning. the fries and onion rings were not cooked and there wasn't and soft serve on the Ice. Total order coating $60 was inedible. I had quality issues before but this was the last straw. hamburgers are ok but nothing special for the cost. Mcdonalds, Rupes, Wendy's, Arby's, even Burger King are so much better and less expensive. overall disappointment like the horrid Costa Vida, even New owners a Costa Vida are a flop 🤢

Im so disappointed, the blizard was soup, the fries were stale, and there was old brown lettuce in my Original Chicken Strip Sandwich Combo, the manager on duty tried to make it right with a free blizzard the next time but im not sure if I want to go there again.
