I ordered the one of the new blizzards. It was delicious! They did an amazing job making my blizzard. Definitely five ⭐ ✨ stars. I wish I had taken a picture of my blizzard when I got it! It looked so amazing!

I love the Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat , I just wish when you pay for extra cheesecake pieces they can put the extra on the bottom otherwise it's my pregnancy Fav ! Also the strawberry toping is fresh and I would definitely order always!

Chunks of brownie dough at every bite...makes an already sweet ice cream almost inedible...I have to spit out the scoops of basic chocolate flour

I called the store because recently I haven't received the fudge inside the blizzard. I called the store to remind them to add the fudge (which I should've have to do) and they still didn't add it. Bummer...

I have observed especially this Dairy Queen store is constantly poor in order services, delays and bad in packaging. This is only problem with this store chain especially. I have impression of Dairy Queen means above and beyond but this store chain has changed my perspective. I'm not ordering anything from Dairy Queen again. Very bad experience.
