First of all I would like to give credit to our delivery driver who brought my order this evening, he called to verify exactly where I was located in the RV park I stay in. Unfortunately the quality of the order from Dairy Queen was sub standard. I ordered 1 4 piece chicken strip dinner and 1 6 piece chicken strip dinner with an extra order of country gravy for each. I received 2x4 piece chicken strip dinners, no extra gravy and barely enough gravy to fill one container let alone 2. Of course I have been charged for a 6 piece meals and 2 extra gravies and have been unable to reach Dairy Queen by phone in spite of the fact they claim to be open till 11pm.
I will attempt to contact them again tomorrow but have left a poor review online.

Once again Conway is so disappointing. Today we saw that DQ offers breakfast and we were surprised. Apparently, DQ is surprised they serve breakfast as well! I work with food andi always tell my team "Do not serve food that you would not be happy paying for.". Obviously, DQ feels differently. I was missing my eggs. No eggs on my platter at all. I did not receive my extra sausage that paid $4.00 for. The one I did get was inedible. It was so burnt and held so long in their warming station that it was jeky only,I could not eat it. The biscuits might have been good at 4:00 a.m.,four or five hours later they were hard as a rock. Even after being smothered in luke warm gelatinous gravy. I could not eat any of it. Not one bite. A complete waste of time and my hard earned money doing the same job as they do. I can't even get it replaced because we don't have a car. Soooo, thank you for disappointing once again. At least Conway restaurants are consistently awful.
