Gave my milkshake to a doordasher with a top that had a big open hole. Not taped or covered in any way. The shake was lacking flavor; ordered vanilla at other locations and this one was watery

Portion was a little wack with the Chicken Strip Baskets . I paid extra for a 6 piece and got 4 normal sized pieces and 2 really small ones, the size of a mcd's chicken nugget. I don't like that there's no way to ask for ketchup. The Royal New York Cheesecake BLIZZARD® Treat was pretty good though.

They forgot to put part of my order in the bag and I had to drive all the way back to get it. Then proceeded to try and charge me for a Housemade Hidden Valley® Ranch that I asked for. The staff was on the phone with a friend the entire time she was preparing my order which resulted in forgetting part of it.

all oce cream was melted but the New! Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party BLIZZARD® Treat was delightful. the Brownie Batter BLIZZARD® Treat SUCKED like eatting little bites brownies in a cheap vanilla ice cream. The milk Shake was still As good as normal just melted.

Buns were rock hard, the Malt barely had any malt powder in it, and there was no chili on the Chili Cheese Dog.
