I bought pretzel sticks and the 6 piece chicken strip basket, I got 4 chicken strips and untoasted bread drenched in butter. I normally love getting food here and have never had an issue in the past. I really hope they get better at caring and preparing. I normally would not out anyone like this, but with the economy getting crazy, it's more important than ever to get what you pay for. thank you

other than being charged an extra almost $4 for fries and drink on a basket that already comes with the drink and fries.... the menu has them included in the original basket price but then charges you again on a required size and drink choice ...everything else was great.
