The pies are fantastic, and the donuts are wonderful. However the real standout for me is their perfect vanilla Vanilla Chai!

should've asked me on which donut to replace, as i asked for a mocha delight and give me black forest. i don't like black forest. i didn't order that. should've communicated with the customer. it's not what i ordered nor what i paid for.

Asked for vegan jam filled donut got it wrong with a vegan new Zealand jam donut, could've said if they didnt have any left and change it but they didnt communicate what happened . Otherwise other donuts were correct.

pastry on our was beautiful as always but the inside wasn't hot. wasn't cold but wasn't hot either. they must not have had the donut I ordered so they gave a similar one + an extra free one.
