Beer-battered fish tacos: One of the best items you can get at any fast-food place. Also, moderately healthy, compared to a burger or ground meat taco.
Del Taco's queso sauce is also delish, so you're going to enjoy anything that has a good amount of that white cheesy sauce on it. It's cheesy but not overpowering, with just a little hint of spicy from mild jalapeños. And it tastes like real cheese, unlike the fluorescent yellow stuff most places call "nacho cheese."
For fast-food chain restaurants, you can't really do better than those items. And if you want to spoul yourself and ditch the healthy diet, get some of the Caramel Cheescake Bites. They're caramel and cheesecake, in a crispy wrap and deep-fried. So good. And each one is actually at least two "bites," maybe three.
