When I need a quick semi healthy breakfast that I know fills me up (and have left overs for lunch), Del Taco is the go to.

Never get any potato products from this location (Lake Forest & Research).  The oil is old and burnt, and they never get well done right.   The hashbrown sticks and the fries today are inedible!
