everything was cold. egg was over cooked, bacon undercooked, and only got like ten slivers of potatoes.

There was an issue with door dash's system sending my order to the store and then after waiting for my order to be received by the restaurant, the food was not cooked how I requested. I requested a medium steak and it was almost well done. It was a bit dry and lacked flavor; I tried to finish it because I was hungry but it wasn't how I requested it. It was under seasoned (which I understand the purpose of lightly season to appeal to a more neutral/ light sodium taste), however, it was overcooked.
I actually did enjoy the eggs and hash brown however, my steak was not cooked properly and I didn't really enjoyed the pancakes.
Although I was disappointed in the taste/quality of my food, the customer service was excellent, especially to say it was 6:00am. The staff members were very nice.

Chocolate pups are terrible, not enough sauce on the benny's breakfast to notice and the drink was about 12 ounces at most.
