the Thai Milk Tea With Pearl had the pearl not well cooked. maybe we ordered at opening time. but wasn't ready to be eaten. so couldn't enjoy our refreshing tea. first time having this issue with Desert Culture.

I buy 2 raw pearl milk tea and asked for them to be hot/warm but when I received the milk tea, they don't have any sugar and super bland. I just can taste the taste of milk and tea. Also the milk tea are not hot or even warm even though it is noted on both white stickers.
