Ordered a pizza from Domino’s expecting it to look like the menu pictures, but what I got was completely different.
Issues:
1. Burnt and messy presentation — The edges are burnt black, toppings are uneven, and the cuts are all over the place. There are literal burnt chunks sitting in the box.
2. Greasy and sloppy — The box is soaked with grease stains. This doesn’t look appetizing or properly made.
3. No quality control — The “ambiance” of a fresh, hot, well-made pizza is completely missing. This looks rushed and careless.
I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. The pictures online show a perfect pizza, but this is not properly decorated or prepared at all. Honestly I don’t like this order. Domino’s needs to do better.
