They got swamped with orders just before they closed on a Saturday night, which caused a delay to our order. We were concerned it wouldn't arrive, but then one of the staff members showed up at our door, on their own motorbike, with free items! They kept apologising for the delay, even though we understood it was out of their control, Saturday's are busy! Thank you again for going out of your way. Best customer service.
