I got a cracker with dried sauce and pineapple. Ordered extra toppings but for some reason it charged me and then took off the toooings I added in the app. After paying $20, I asked if they would consider remaking the pizza and they refused. A little kindness would have kept a customer but they chose to do nothing even though I know they could have. Bad customer service for sure!

It arrived cold and gummy. Undercooked to the point that the cheese was not even melted.
I baked it again but it already took so long I was no longer hungry.
This pizza was anything but "fresh and hot".
I do not think Iwill order again .
