I love their chicken. It's always juicy and the seasoning is delicious. I ordered a side of chicken and was worried it might be dried off, but it was just as good as the 1/2 chicken.

Flavor is good, but my food arrived completely cold. Don Pollo has new nice paper bags, l just hope this first increase their already high prices with really TINY PORTIONS. A 1/4 chicken is a tiny leg the size of a pigeon leg for $10 !plus delivery,plus delivery fees, tax,tip etc is like $15 ridiculous!

Chicken was not cooked thoroughly, asked for rice and beans- it was mostly rice :/ For $17, they should give better portions.

- Chicken is delicious. Veggies did the job.
- Plantains were again a mix of dry (bad) and juicy (good) ones. More consistency would be appreciated.

Don Pollo used to be delicious but the past three times I have ordered it, both the chicken and sides were way over salted and I like salt. Moreover, the food is full of grease. This will be the very last time I order it for my family.
