Perfect! Rich and sweetand the perfect amount of fluffiness for a strawberry shortcake! A generous size that meant my family of 3 will have leftovers for the rest of the week. The strawberries were vibrant and fresh- not any of those limp and wilty ones you see in stores. Helped bring my uncle's birthday together wonderfully!!!!

I live across the country & wanted to order some Italian treats for a friend of mines birthday & came across this bakery as recommended in the Long Island area. I called ahead to see if they could include some specific items in the assorted cookies for the delivery I was placing and they were more than willing & helpful over the phone. & it was wrapped lovely !
